WEB DESIGNERS

FROM £22,000 to £27,000 annually

We are looking for talented and passionate Web Designers to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of web projects, from initial concept and design through development, launch, and ongoing maintenance. You’ll have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, and a keen eye for user experience and visual design.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Translate design mockups into clean and efficient code.
• Develop and implement responsive websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Implement back-end functionalities using server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Node.js).
• Optimize websites for performance and search engine visibility (SEO).
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure a bug-free user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise post-launch.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
• Document code and processes for future reference and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Web Design and Web Development – CPD Certified (prefered).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in web design and development.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks).
• Experience with server-side technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Working Hours:

• 38 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
